There are some benefits to being independently contracted. If they truly want me and all that I can bring to the table? They'll accommodate me.

You should review your terms after a few months. So long as they actually want to keep you, you'll have bargaining power.

I thought JJ was messy. I was wrong. These kids have laundry piles so high they would need sherpa to make the ascent. Not that they have any interest in making the attempt.
